Just So You Know, James Caan is No 'G**damn Hollywood Liberal'
While attending the HollyShorts Film Festival's opening night, James Caan leveled with a reporter about his political leanings. "I'm not a G** damn Hollywood liberal, I'm not," Caan said, also noting that he only watches Fox News. Go on?
The self-decribed "ultraconservative" then declined to speak about the constitutionality of California's Proposition 8, ("I'll let those other geniuses do that [...] I'll leave it to Sean Penn or Barbara Streisand to comment on that") but brought his homeland security A-game to bear in the most relevant of ways -- by tying it to The Godfather:
"The mafia has been well cracked down on. In terms of National Security, terrorists are our biggest problem," the 70-year-old said. "The mafia made money doing the same job the cities were doing - cloning bids, building buildings... They only kill each other, not that I'm condoning it."
Sorry, what can I say? It's August! This is news.

Breitbart and Nolte will need to wash their shorts after hearing this news.
Caan's agent has just unplugged the phone, knowing he won't be getting any more offers. (He kept an old rotary around for Jimmy as a throwback to his heydays.)
Isn't Sean Penn running for president of Haiti? Or was the captioning on CNN being stupid again?
