What's On: Jersey Sores
It's episode two, and already Jersey Shore is up to its Ed Hardy tees in confrontations. Which two Guidos/Guidettes will match wits? And will it compromise Pauly D.'s fresh-to-death mantra? The answer will ruin your life.
Project Runway [Lifetime, 9 PM]
The designers' face off in a competition where the winner's look will be displayed on a mammoth New York billboard. Marie Claire editor Joanna Coles guest-judges. And she is rarely diplomatic.
So You Think You Can Dance [Fox, 9 PM]
One of the final four dancers bites the dust, and we're treated to performances by the spectacular Janelle Monae and the uncomfortably vulgar Flo Rida. Nigel Lythgoe will spend the hour feigning composure as he mulls over how he'll spend all his new Idol money.
Jersey Shore [MTV, 10 PM]
Sammi wants to know what Ronnie's been up to at the club, so she tries to figure it out using annoying Wendy O. Koopa tactics. Pauly D and Angelina also spar, and I expect them to make crude references to the time they once smooshed.
Knocked Up [E!, 8 PM]
Judd Apatow's best film stars Seth Rogen and Katherine Heigl as strangers in the night who hook up and conceive a kid. Their mismatched worlds stir up a strange mixture of adversarial tension and a morsel of sympathy. Kristen Wiig steals the first act as an E! executive who must talk to Heigl about her pregnancy.
