Mary Hart Set to Leave Entertainment Tonight
First Larry King and now Mary Hart. The longtime -- and utterly ageless -- Entertainment Tonight host announced today that she'll be leaving the show following the conclusion of its 30th season. Hart has been with ET since 1982 and said in a statement that it was "time for a change." Upon hearing the news of Hart's exit, your mom got really bummed out. [NYT/ArtsBeat]

Nobody talked incessantly over an exclusive trailer like you, Mary Hart. You are the Bob Costas of entertainment reporting.
(Oh, I kid because I love. Or, like. Or, I used to. I didn't even know ET was still on.)
I used to play with a Mary Hart Set when I was a kid.
As president, and only member of "Straight Men For Mary Hart" I am deeply saddened by this news. Time to start my campaign to bring back Ron Hendren.
