The Situation Considers a Dramatic Acting Debut as Juiced Murder Victim #1 on Bones

It seems as though Bones producers may have stumbled upon a secret weapon for a sure-fire ratings surge come this October: aspiring actor Mike Sorrentino, best known for his fine work on MTV's Jersey Shore as "The Situation." Even better, Fox is building an entire guido-themed episode around The Sitch's possible arrival.

Bones creator Hart Hanson confirmed that he is in negotiations with MTV's breakout reality star yesterday, even going so far as to reveal the episode's plot: "A guido is killed and Booth and Brennan enter that world to find out what happens."

Star David Boreanaz is already invested in the episode, noting to EW that "Bones actually understands [guidos] because she considers them a tribe."

While talks are ongoing, EW reports that Sorrentino would play fitness guru Ritchie "The V" Genero. If Fox does move forward with the episode, Bones will reportedly be casting an actress to guest-star as "Ritchie's Victoria Gotti-esque mom." Betty White as Mama Sitch, anyone?
