Lindsay Lohan Out of Jail, Into Rehab
If you're a tabloid train wreck who didn't get out of jail in the last 48 hours, fire your attorney. Less than two weeks into her 90-day sentence, Lindsay Lohan was released from prison earlier this morning. She'll serve the remainder of her prison term in the rehab wing at UCLA Medical Center and then lasciviously shake her butt in front of a German Shepherd. So, happy ending! [TMZ]

Lindsay Lohan needed to spend the full 90 days in jail.
Her life is out of control and she needs help.
This early release will not help her problems.
The 90 days in rehab after this may not do much in terms of helping her now.
The system is failing Lohan.
