What's On: Bachelorette (Pity) Party

bachelorette225.jpgAli Fedotowsky's lovestruck minions reunite in a Bachelorette special tonight where they rehash all the fun they had visiting Iceland, Istanbul, and other places they'd never heard of until this year.

The Good Guys [Fox, 9 PM]

Dan (Bradley Whitford) goes after mobsters who evaded him years ago and unwittingly provokes new gangs to rise up in revolt. Dan-centric vengeance episodes are always a good time. I want to see gnashed teeth!

The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All [ABC, 8 PM]

We reacquaint ourselves with the men Ali ditched (or that ditched Ali, in some cases). Guard-and-protect-your-heart icon Kasey will show us what he's done with the horrible wrist tattoo he tried to impress Ali with, Kirk will flex for my amusement, and weatherman Jonathan will burst into tears for some reason.

Last Comic Standing [NBC, 9 PM]

Only five comics left. I dug James Adomian's seemingly stream-of-conscious style and miss his asthmatic stage presence already. What place did he get? Tenth? Sick, guys.

Doubt [Encore, 9:50 PM]

Based on John Patrick Shanley's Pulitzer-winning play, Doubt concerns a Catholic nun (Meryl Streep) who accuses a priest (Philip Seymour Hoffman) of improper contact with a student. Viola Davis scintillates as the young boy's mother. More than any other year, Meryl Streep deserved her third Oscar for her role in this film -- but she lost out to underdog-cum-overdog Kate Winslet.
