The very noisy Web site for Tron Legacy offers visitors six Daft Punk tracks from the film -- labeled Tracks 1-6 for easy reference -- and they sound positively Zimmer-ian, with a hint of the futuristic robot electronica that Punk is known for. This track is not really a fair representation of the whole score. As a whole, it maintains the 80s-vintage feel of Tron while adding a contemporary, yet timeless, feel of modernity by employing a precise ratio of orchestral and electronic elements. One of the best scores I've heard in a long, long time.
