NBC Announces Fall Premiere Schedule, Jimmy Smits Still Exiled to Friday
To paraphrase Judge Smails in Caddyshack: CBS, we're waiting. Following in the footsteps of The CW, ABC and Fox, NBC announced their fall premiere schedule today, leaving CBS the last network standing. After the jump, the complete schedule.
[Bold denotes new series]

8:00 PM: UNDERCOVERS
9:00 PM: LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT
10:00 PM: LAW & ORDER: LOS ANGELES
Thursday, Sept. 23
8:00 PM: COMMUNITY

Pretty standard, but weep for Jimmy Smits. Not only is his series, Outlaw, relegated to Friday nights at 10, but his lead-ins are a reality makeover show and Dateline, and nothing says "let's stay with NBC for two hours to see this legal drama!" like those shows. Anyone want to take bets on Outlaw being the first canceled series of 2010?

What happened to "Parks & Rec"? Is it gone?
It's not coming back until January.
Can I quote you in my report for school?
