Hollywood Ink: Elizabeth Banks to Get Her Wings in Tink

· Elizabeth Banks is attached to star in Disney's Tink, a live-action romantic comedy that "plays with the mischievous nature of the Tinkerbell character" in Peter Pan. But not too mischievous: Adam Shankman and McG are among the producers entrusted to shepherd this one through development. Neither are attached to direct (yet). [Variety]

· "I am 48 and found a dearth of of films that speak to my life experience," director Mark Pellington told Deadline. "Where is my generation's version of Cassavetes' Husbands?" This accompanies the news that Pellington's thriller I Melt With You -- which follows the lives of four men (two of whom will be played by Thomas Jane and Jeremy Piven) -- will begin shooting next month.
