Watch Diablo Cody Interview Chelsea Handler and Adam Brody in a Trailer
And you thought following Diablo Cody on Twitter wasn't worth it! The Academy Award winner took a break from her usual variety of mundane observations to link to the first two episodes of her new web series, Red Band Trailer, last night -- a talk show that takes place inside an Airstream Trailer.
Complete with a produced introduction, logo, gimmick (the rapid-fire ten questions of "Tiki Ten") and all the accoutrements that you would expect, a very, very pregnant Cody has built a celebrity interview show around her own well-honed brand of hero worship and snark. But you know what? It's really good! (Unless everyone is still supposed to hate Diablo Cody, in which case: Boo! Backlash!)
Cody doesn't get much out of Chelsea Handler -- the two spend the interview trying to out-deadpan each other -- but her talk with Adam Brody is relaxed and informative. Granted she's clearly talking to her friends, but isn't that how Jimmy Fallon got through the first six months of Late Night?
So far there are only two episodes on YouTube, but hopefully more are on the way. In the meantime, watch Handler and Brody head into the Airstream International for a chat:
And for the Cody completist(s), here's Handler:

Those are pretty good interviews, better than anything I've seen on late night talk shows lately. Brody always seems like a good sport, it would be nice to see him getting more work.

I’ve been browsing online more than 4 hours today, and this is the best article I've come across. I'm a content fiend so I've actually read a lot already. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made as good content as youhave, the web would bea lot more useful than ever before.
You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I
find this topic to be actually something which I think I would never understand.
It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me.
I'm looking forward for your next post, I'll try to get the
hang of it!
