How come the Hubble telescope cannot take photographs with it’s massive lenses of the Moon Landing places. me reckons we were taken in decades past. How come no translunar rockets were made so we could set a Space Lab in reach of the Moon? Rockets would sporadically have gone from Skylab 1 or the ISS to the Lunar Space Station. Real moon landings would then be sounder as a reserve moon lander would be on hand at the Lunar Station in orbit. how senseless we were and still are !

Bodybuilding, if not in excess shouldn't cause problems. To avoid injuries the workout routine should be balanced and planned according to your limits. Having a trainer for the first month or so helps to complete the routine with correct posture, which is important.
