New Moon Wins Most Cynical Award Ever
The Twilight Saga: New Moon was the big winner at Tuesday night's opening festivities of the Licensing International Expo. Held annually by the Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association, the Expo recognizes film, TV and other entertainment properties for their exceptional achievements in selling the living sh*t out of otherwise horrible content. And New Moon didn't even have MasterCards for tweens! Go ahead -- puke. I've got mints. [THR]

i'm no twilight fan. haven't even seen any of the movies. can't stand twilight kids. but honestly, your attitude towards them is sad. what's next, going outside and telling people to get off your lawn?
I have nothing against Twihards! But yes, if the Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association showed up on my lawn with hardware for this or any other movie, I would not hesitate to get my gun.
