CW Revives Moonlight
The CW is doubling down on vampires this summer by investing in a complementary series for the network's hit program Vampire Diaries. The new acquisition is Moonlight, which aired on (and was canceled by) CBS two years ago. Repeats of the series will debut on June 3 and air on Thursdays this summer. No word yet on whether the original cast will return -- Moonlight star Alex O'Loughlin is currently attached to the Hawaii Five-O remake on CBS. [Deadline]

This is awesome news! I know they won't bring the series back as a regular show, but they should seriously consider a couple TV Movie specials. It would help Hawaii-5-O and vice versa. It would be a good move on the network's part. Moonlight is a cult hit, and cult hits continue to always gain new fans.
I hope that it comes back because i really love to sit and see it with my kids. But i hope that the actors that was in the first show come back. I would love to see more.
If only vampires had been hip sooner. A revival will only work with O'Loughlin and the rest of the original cast.
CBS, who owns half of the CW, declared the show a failure. it is highly unlikely they will bring it back. particularly since Alex is on another show which will almost certainly get picked up because it fits the winning CBS formula of hot guys, hot girls, cop stuff, car chases etc.
Moonlight is dead. Get over it and move on.
bring it back!!!!!!with todays vampire popularity, it will be bigger than ever thought possible!!!!!
I hope they bring back Moonlight! Vamp movies are really in these days...And Alex O'Loughlin was and is a HOTT vamp guy! LOL
