Celebrity Apprentice: Did Donald Trump Fire the Only Professional Contestant?

summersanders225.jpg

This may shock you, but I think Donald Trump fired Olympic gold medalist Summer Sanders last night on Celebrity Apprentice because she wasn't entertaining enough. I know, I know -- that kind behavior is unheard of, unbelievable. and not outlined in Heloise's Tome of Reality TV Etiquette. But it's the way it is -- Summer was championed by execs throughout the season for her solid, professional efforts, and she never once forced a gym representative to choke herself with anxiety (ahem, Bret). In tribute to our fallen Summer, Movieline will now inspect the kinds of professional employees left in the game. Would you hire these people over a power-suited marvel like Summer?

· Bret Michaels

Most Professional Attribute: Has ideas he can sometimes explain in less than 15 minutes.

Least Professional Attribute: Makes "wiener" jokes and fart noises for over 15 minutes daily. Last episode his fart parade put most preteen campers to shame. (On an unrelated note: Get well soon, sir!)

· Maria Kanellis

Most Professional Attribute: Stands up to Cyndi when bossed around.

Least Professional Attribute: Baseless drama-starter. She said to Trump, regarding fellow contestant Curtis Stone, "When I look at him, I just want to punch him." Oh.

· Sharon Osbourne

Most Professional Attribute: Fierce boardroom debater!

Least Professional Attribute: Hasn't removed herself from the competition even though she dropped out of three challenges due to illness. Three M.I.A. challenges means you shouldn't win Celebrity Apprentice, regardless of your telegenic qualities.

· Curtis Stone

Most Professional Attribute: Easily the most determined competitor in the game.

Least Professional Attribute: Easily the most agitated competitor in the game. His swear-word riffs are legendary (and a little hot), but they don't indicate corporate savoir-faire.

· Holly Robinson Peete

Most Professional Attribute: A regular taskmaster! "Funky Godfaaaather," the most salable jingle of all time (OK, close to it) came from her winning mind.

Least Professional Attribute: Gets back-bitey when it comes to Cyndi Lauper's productivity. When she whispered "Give her one task" to Summer in the van, with Cyndi sitting nearby, her True Colors oozed through home viewers' screens.

· Cyndi Lauper

Most Professional Attribute: Can sing.

Least Professional Attribute: Forces others to listen to all of her ideas, acts offended when others have different plans, is long-winded, can't focus, requires others to adapt to her, volunteers information she has gleaned from HBO miniseries with corporate execs in the room, botches famous reality TV cliches ("Yeh throwin' me under the truck!"), and made Maria feel worthless. OK, I can sign on to that last one. Keep it up, girl.
