There's one awards show that will never be hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, and that's the Academy's Scientific and Technical Awards, otherwise known as the tech part of the Oscars. The emcee gig always goes to a gorgeous B-list actress like Jessica Biel (because, you see, these nerds need something to look at!) and this year, the honor's been bestowed on Elizabeth Banks.
