Actor Rip Torn was arrested over the weekend (for the fourth time!) after breaking into a Litchfield Bancorp bank while carrying a loaded revolver. Among his charges: carrying a firearm without a permit, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief.
