2. Conan Interviews Ricky Gervais, Potential NBC Talk Show Host
Conan's best shots at NBC last night were speculations about how the network might try to change this year's winter Olympics: "Replace the flags on the giant slalom course with breached NBC contracts"...."Reserve the right to cancel ski jumps mid-jump." After, Conan welcomed Ricky Gervais to the stage and sat back as the British comedian took control of the situation.
Yesterday, we floated the idea that this weekend's Golden Globes host should really take the helm of the Tonight Show and last night, the comedian proved that he would be a fit, if only he had an opening in his schedule and the ability to censor his language.

"Leno Spits on Conan"... really? I watched that twice and he doesn't say anything that can be considered a slam of any kind against Conan. It was a joke against NBC for not giving his 10pm show a chance.
Gervais is awesome. He's a guy who says what people think with a fantastic laugh and good-naturedness about him.
He's like "Simon Cowell 3.5" (ergo the "Bush Baby" comment.)
Wasn't getting away from pompous twits like Ricky Gervais and Simon Cowell the reason America was started in the first place?
