Thank you, thank you for including that last one. As I was scrolling down I thought back to it and wondered how any of this year's shrieker-monkeys could possibly surpass it.
That may have been the best "NINE" yet. And, I have to believe, uniquely American. And by American, I mean just the crazy ol' U.S. of A. I wouldn't dream of lumping Canada and Mexico into that special blend of voyeurism, hysteria, and hideous interior design we seem to specialize in exporting across the globe.
I feel Adam was the best and should have won.
I think the video which would best capture the universal shock and pain of Lambert losing would be Dafoe getting his nads clobbered off.

Can't believe Adam lost. He was the ONLY reason I watched the show. I've never really cared for AI until Adam showed up. If he came to MN, I would pay up to $300 to see him perform, solo, preferably, without any of the other AI performers. Or, if he was on Broadway in NY, definitely. He is the ONLY idol whose songs I've actually bought. When he sang Mad World, I couldn't believe I felt goosebumps. And I've seen almost all the great Rock artists, jazz greats, Broadway shows, and am married to a pianist. He was so compelling as a performer. His style and outfits contributed to his allure. Kris Allen is just another cute, boy who can play the guitar & piano. Whoopee! There are a million other Kris Allen's out there. But Adam was unique, brilliant, and I was awestruck everytime he was on the stage. Just goes to show what poor taste in music, the voters have. Unfortunately, they have the time and energy to call & text for their teenybopper, boy toy. Sick. Adam was ripped off! Hopefully though, I'll get to see hime sometime, without the other AI kids. Adam is the only one who can stand alone on his own.
God, I am so glad there wasn't a camera on me when Jaslene won America's Next Top Model.
I think Lambert stunk. He screaming, over-the-top noise grated on my ears. Maybe Lambert could star in a remake of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, but that's about it. Kris, though, I could listen to for hours.
ADAM should have won! Chris is just your everyday mainstream boring wanna be indie rock star! Adam is 100 times the entertainer and vocalist that Chris tries to be. I am very disturbed about this outrage!!!
I won't believe this really happened until Keyboard Cat plays him off.

I thought Kris was a poor man's John Mayer until he did his take on Kanye's "Heartless" and actually made it a listenable song. Sure, Adam was hands-down the best vocalist in the bunch, but after his rock-less, Broadway rendition of "Satisfaction" in the semi-finals, it was all uphill for him in my eyes.
Don't fret, people, Adam Lambert will land on his feet. Probably in the role of Roger in the next national tour of "Rent."
I guess my reaction video is out of the running since it was on Xtube. Oh wells.

But YES, the cinematography on #2. The mother, stock still, only the flickering lights of the TV animating her gaping rictus. David Lynch gonna steal that.
