Buzz Break: Gay Pride, the Movie
· None other than Cher is in talks to star opposite Christina Aguilera in the musical Burlesque. The eyeshadow glitter budget is going to be tremendous.
· Oh, guess what else is being put on Thursdays this fall? The CW's great big hope, Vampire Diaries, starring Boone from Lost as Robert Pattinson.
· Speaking of Pattinson, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are checking his adoption papers at Cannes.
· Before doing his Mac commercials, Justin Long sought advice from a supportive friend who said, "No offense, dude, but what are you selling out? Herbie Fully Loaded?"
· In the ratings race, Glee did OK (helped none by the lowest-rated Idol finale ever), but couldn't outdraw an episode of Hell's Kitchen that snagged that slot last year. In related news: gays, please calm down about freakin' Glee. It's a TV show, not the new Prop 8.

Calls to relax in re: Glee coming from the people that gave it 8/10, interviewed Jessalyn Gilsig & had it highlighted a second time on their right hand side as well? Admit it - you liked it and are afraid of what the jocks are going to say about you behind your back in the hallways...
Cher's hair in that photo looks like one of those hideous blonde weaves Tyra always gives at least one contestant on Top Model.
Kyle, I agree with you about Glee. Praise Judy there's been all the scuttlebutt today about the CA Supreme Court ruling soon on Prop 8 to temper some of the aggrandizing.
I have a question though -- I didn't watch it, but in the commercials they were showing during the ENDLESS promotional campaign there was a shot of a cute, furry guy who seemed to be experiencing a pensive moment alone in bed. Which actor is that? Is he the main character?
For the record, it's the jocks at Gold's gym pummeling for NOT liking it that I'm worried about.
Yup, Bitey, that was the main character, (Broadway star) Matthew Morrison.
Hmm, perhaps I'll climb aboard the Glee Train come fall then...
If I can sit through "Buck Rogers" just to see Gil Gerard, I can handle this.
Walk tall Seth, but not tall enough that they can see over their own pecs.
