Of all the cultural anniversaries and milestones that occurred during the last 365 days, none was more all-encompassing than the 25th anniversary of the time Marty McFly hopped in a souped-up Delorean, headed to 1955 and almost stumbled into an incest-y relationship with his mother. Memories! Not to bag on Michael J. Fox, but his line reading of the iconic, "What happens to us in the future? What do we become assholes or something?" is incredibly forced in the second part; he almost winks at the camera, for crying out loud! "Where we're going we don't need roads" isn't much better. The lesson? They should have cast Elisabeth Shue in the first place. Either that or something about how you can't replicate the original, no matter how hard you might try. One or the other.
