Late Night Highlights: Big Jaw Rides Again, JLo Vs. GLo

While Movieline may have already covered Jay "Teflon" Leno's State of the Union Address, in which he grandly freed himself of all blame in ConanGate, there were other awesome moments in last night's after hours programming. Unfortunately the best, Jennifer Lopez storming the Lopez Tonight stage and flawlessly delivering the regular host's monologue will be overlooked because it aired on TBS and did not involve vicious Leno slams. Fortunately for you, we have J. Lo's new talk show host reel, as well as the other moments you missed, ranked worst to best, while cursing Avatar for its Golden Globe wins.

INTOLERABLE: Leno Continues to Attack His Network

It's really amazing how Leno does it. Last night, Leno delivered a monologue that slayed the very network that employs him and is reinstating him as Tonight Show host, the position he publicly yearned for a few months ago.

TOLERABLE: Jimmy Fallon Preaches Fire Safety

Since the Late Night host does not mention the NBC chaos, the fire he was referring to had nothing to do with his own network's flames. You can guarantee that someone had a lot of fun shooting this.

ENJOYABLE: Letterman Defends "Chicken-Hearted" Conan, Attacks Cyborg Leno

The Late Show host was the only person to defend Conan O'Brien against Dick Ebersol's nasty and unwarranted accusations and poke fun at Jay Leno's evil hold on the Tonight Show.

HIGHLY ENJOYABLE: Conan O'Brien, Black Man

The Tonight Show host-for-one-more-week invited his writer Deon Cole to offer his own theory why NBC wanted to push Conan back to 12:05 and it makes more sense than you'd think. Then, the host revealed that he will accept one Craiglist job offer of your choosing -- anything from porn star to Dancing With the Stars competitor.

SUBLIME: Jennifer Lopez Hijacks Lopez Tonight

It's taken a month worth of Lopez Tonight shows but George finally convinced J. Lo to make a special appearance as "guest host" last night, in which she took a jab at NBC ("Welcome to Lopez Tonight, where nobody gets fired, they just get replaced by a bigger star with the same last name") and continued to deliver G. Lo's entire monologue including the knuckle-biting mannerisms.
