Watch The King's Speech Edited Down to Just the Stuttering

And now, from the brilliant (and perhaps insomniac) mind that brought you that supercut of Kickboxer featuring nothing but the kicking, wind down your week with The King's Speech — featuring nothing but the stuttering. Or as they call it in Oscar-history circles, "156 seconds of infirmity that earned Colin Firth an Academy Award for Best Actor." You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll squirm, etc. Happy Friday!

FYI: King George VI is not the only famous person who stutters. The website of the Stuttering Foundation (www.stutteringhelp.org) has an extensive and fascinating list of "Famous People Who Stutter" of people who stutter, have stuttered in the past, or still use a neat "trick" to guide them to fluency.

Some of the names on the list are Bruce Willis, Emily Blunt, Tom Sizemore, Marilyn Monroe, James Earl Jones, Peggy Lipton, Tom Sizemore, Nicole Kidman, Samuel L. Jackson, Jane Seymour, B.B. King, Bill Withers, and many more. The site also has a "Celebrity Corner" section with in-depth on some of these stars, such as Bruce Willis, Lewis Carroll, Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean), Jack Paar, Domincik Dunne, etc.

It is great that young people who are dealing with stuttering can know the stories of King George VI and all the other famous people. The site of the nonprofit Stuttering Foundation provides many free resources for people who stutter of all ages.

Yup, the person who put this together is a bit of a dick.

Can I just say what a comfort to uncover an individual who genuinely knows what they’re talking about online. You certainly know how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More and more people ought to look at this and understand this side of the story. I was surprised you are not more popular given that you surely have the gift.

Is it okay to insert part of this on my personal weblog if perhaps I submit a reference to this web page?
