Frances Bay, best known for her little old lady roles in David Lynch's films, Happy Gilmore, and countless TV episodes, died Friday Bay dies at 92; veteran character actress at age 92. She didn't appear in films until 1978's Foul Play costarring Chevy Chase and Goldie Hawn, but she's a very memorable actress with great charisma.
