Natasha Lyonne Reportedly Back For Another Slice of American Pie

natashalyonne-today-300.jpg· There was that brief moment in the late '90s when Natasha Lyonne could do no wrong: Everyone Says I Love You, The Slums of Beverly Hills, American Pie. She was the gruff-talking nerd girl of your dreams! At least until Lizzy Caplan came along. Then, well... this happened. But! It appears Lyonne is poised for some sort of mainstream comeback. Access Hollywood reports she's agreed to return to American Reunion. Great news! Click through to see what she looks like now, then stick around for more Buzz Break.

She's kind of the original Emma Stone

I need to take me an "extended hiatus". I'll bring the Hep-C if you bring the whiskey and crack!

Thank you for debasing a perfectly fine bit of news with the most obvious joke we could hope for. I guess someone had to do it.

  • SunnydaZe says:

With Old No. 7 not around someone has to pick up the slack. But I am not joking about her; I am joking about language and its misuse. Call a spade a spade. She f*cked up her life and her career which wikipedia calls an "extended hiatus". Too polite a term for what she did and only used when celebrities f*ck up. BTW, the best jokes are always the obvious ones! If it isn't obvious it becomes "satire" or "wit" not a joke.

  • I always thought the best jokes were the funny ones.

  • SunnydaZe says:

Bad mood today, Stu? Yesterday, you posted a clip which refers to Target's logo as a "red inflamed anus". Today, you are the comedy police? Why attack me? I am just doing what I always do which is reading and responding. I didn't even know about her problems until this post linked me to Wikipedia. The above was my HONEST response. Have you ever examined you tendency to attack commenters? Do you wonder if that is why there are so few left?

  • Oh, please. I have no such tendency. If you wanna call a spade a spade, fine, be my guest. If you wanna pluck low-hanging fruit with a mean-spirited jab at a recovering drug addict, and then have the audacity to call yourself a victim when I object, then you're right: Those are not comments I want.

  • SunnydaZe says:

But Old No. 7's joke about Michael J. Fox being "shakey" you loved?? How do you know what my experience with "re-covering drug addicts" might be? Maybe I almost lost everything because of one? Maybe I didn't... You don't know because you don't know me. They hurt people and part of recovering is ACCEPTING that fact. If she can't take a joke about what she did she hasn't recovered. Ask Craig Ferguson. But, here we go again> I will stop reading Movienline and check in every couple of weeks hoping your name has finally been removed from my beloved site. I am, once again, tired of your abuse/praise/abuse. I am not here to please you.

  • The next editor no doubt thanks you for the heads-up.

Yes, but what about the "sophisticated sex robot, sent back in time to change the future for one lucky lady"? Is the 'Sherminator' back for the final piece of Pie?
