Olivia Munn to Make Baby, and 5 Other Stories You'll Be Talking About Today

Also in this Tuesday edition of The Broadsheet: Al Pacino could play an aging rock star... Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson confirms some big casting news on Twitter... Naomie Harris rumored to be in the running for James Bond... and more ahead.

· The Babymakers keeps finding former NBC sitcom stars for its cast. Co-starring opposite the recently hired Paul Schneider (late of Parks and Recreation) in the paternity comedy is Olivia Munn. The former Perfect Couples star -- and famous pin-up and Daily Show correspondent -- will play the female lead in the Jay Chandrasekhar-directed film, which follows a married couple that has trouble conceiving, and the lengths they go to have a baby. · Because the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of Al Pacino is "aging rocker," the Oscar-winner is in talks for the lead role in Imagine. The film -- from Crazy, Stupid, Love writer Dan Fogelman -- focuses Pacino's veteran rock star, who finds an unopened letter from John Lennon and decides to reconnect with his long-lost biological son. Steve Carell was initially attached as the son, but bowed out; he's still set to produce, however. [Variety]

· Despite originally appearing in News of the World, it appears the rumor that Naomie Harris could potentially wind up in the next James Bond film has some legs. EW confirmed that Harris met with producers at Eon Productions, but nothing has been signed yet. [EW]

· It's not Avatar 2, but Sam Worthington could head back to space for another tour of duty. The star is attached to a pitch from screenwriter Aaron Guzikowski that Warner Bros. just picked up about -- yes -- a space war. [Deadline]

· If you were excited about the possibility of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson joining G.I. Joe: Cobra Strikes, get even more excited now that Johnson has confirmed the news himself. "We've read your comments. We know what you want. '..and knowing is half the battle.' It's on!" Well done, Rock. Well done. [@TheRock]

· Andrew Gold -- the singer/songwriter behind "Lonely Boy" and "Thank You for Being a Friend" (a.k.a. the theme from The Golden Girls) -- died in his sleep on Friday at the age of 59. Celebrate his life by listening to "Friend" one more time below. (Apologies for getting this stuck in your head all day.) [E!]
