Galifianakis named his favorite cinematic moment without hesitation. "It's a Hollywood movie," he began. "There's a scene in a movie called The Fisher King that breaks my heart. It's Robin Williams, Amanda Plummer, Jeff Bridges, and Mercedes Ruehl, and it's in a Chinese restaurant. He sings this song, 'Lydia, oh Lydia/Have you seen Lydia the tattooed lady?' And the camera just pulls back and it's a homeless man singing to this woman who this other couple has set up on a date."
"It's the most charming, beautiful scene," he continued with a smile. "I could watch it over and over again. That, to me, is beautiful movie making, and sometimes Hollywood gets it right. And that was really great."
