Cannes Film Festival to Debut Princess Diana Death Photo

Unlawful Killing, actor/filmmaker Keith Allen's documentary that bills itself as "an inquest of the inquest" after Princess Diana's death, will debut at the Cannes Film Festival with not just a new conspiracy theory regarding Diana's 1997 death, but also a grisly photo following her Paris car crash. Allen's efforts are backed by Mohamed Al-Fayed, whose son Dodi Al-Fayed was killed alongside Diana, his girlfriend. Anyone else particularly un-enticed by all of this? Video preview after the jump.

Interestingly, the film features interviews with Mohamed Al-Fayed, Piers Morgan, Kitty Kelley, and (of all people) Howard Stern. Maybe Stern will try and lighten the mood with some snipes about Kate Middleton's cup size.

    This from MSN>
A representative for Fayed tells Britain's Daily Mail, "He was not aware that any photograph taken of any occupant of the car was going to be in this film. He is appalled by that and will be taking all necessary steps to make sure it is not in the film."
What is tragic about this is how much Diana disliked her photo being taken in private situations and yet somehow a photo was taken even as she was dying....

    Hi All !
There should be a strong organization which should trap media like dog with chain,
Anyways if we think she is a victim of royal family, lets say she is... but think if your own loyal wife will sleep with someone else what you will do ? Be honest to answer !

I don't know about the film, but i'm interested in seeing the photo. Just look up the Charlie Manson murders , or Chris Farly. IT IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

  • Kyle says:

What's wrong with Chris Farley's death photo? He died of drugs, so he should just be good ol' regular dead, right?

  • Mark says:

Dear God no. The picture is actually kind of horrifying. He looks like he died in a lot of pain. It's sad.
