Talkback: How Much Money Will The Hangover Part II Earn on Opening Weekend?

"The Hangover: Part II on Track to Far Outpace Original's Opening Weekend Box Office," reads the headline over at THR. No kidding. After opening with $45 million in June of 2009, The Hangover became the highest grossing R-rated comedy of all-time with over $277 million in domestic ticket sales. With anticipation for the sequel at a fever pitch, the question must be asked: Just how big will The Hangover Part II actually be?

According to THR, interest in the R-rated sequel among males 17-30 is on par with the PG-13-rated Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides -- and The Hangover Part II doesn't even come out for another 22 days. Translation: Interest could be even higher once Memorial Day hits at the end of the month.

Of course, that doesn't tell the whole story -- The Hangover Part II was always going to have the young male constituency locked down, and how the film performs with women and adult audiences will be its true box office test -- but it certainly shows that The Hangover Part II is going to be massive.

As such, your job -- should you choose to accept it -- is simple: Accounting for all the positive and negative factors (a sequel almost everyone is excited to see; what could be a prohibitive R-rating) guess how much money The Hangover Part II will make during its opening weekend.

Price Is Right rules apply; winner gets to sleep with the knowledge that they were correct.
