Also in this Wednesday edition of The Broadsheet: Pride and Prejudice and Zombies inching ever closer to a director... Jackie Chan's will won't include his son... Sylvester Stallone's latest film loses its director... and more ahead.

· If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Meg Ryan -- last seen on screen in 2009's Serious Moonlight, which grossed $25,339 total -- will step behind the camera to direct Into the Beautiful. · Brains! After months of speculation, it appears that Craig Gillespie will soon lock down the directing job on Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. [Deadline]

· How's this for tough love? Jackie Chan will donate his entire fortune to charity when he dies, and leave nothing to his son. "If he is capable, he can make his own money," said Chan. "If he is not, then he will just be wasting my money." [CNA]

· RJ Cutler, who directed the wonderful The September Issue, has signed on to helm an adaptation of Fabulous Nobodies. Based on the novel by Lee Tulloch, Nobodies is described as a "social satire set in the 1980s downtown club scene of New York, where a group of people lived and breathed fashion before it took over the world." Sounds like a job for Whit Stillman. Good luck, RJ! [Deadline]

· Speaking of directorial comings and goings: Wayne Kramer has left his post on the Sylvester Stallone film Headshots because of creative differences. No word yet who will replace him. [Deadline]

· On Tuesday, The Broadsheet was buzzing with news about Tyler Perry starring in Good Deeds, and now he's got a female lead: Thandie Newton will play the single mom that Perry's character falls for on the eve of his marriage. [Variety]

· Over in the world of television, The Office finale keeps getting bigger. In addition to Will Ferrell, Ricky Gervais and Will Arnett, the season finale will feature James Spader, Ray Romano and Catherine Tate. Presumably, all will be "interviewing" to replace Michael Scott as the boss of Dunder-Mifflin's Scranton branch. [TVLine]
