How in the world can you fail to mention Saul Bass as an influence on this?? As far as I can tell, it's THE influence behind this awesome creation.
....and you call yourself a movie site.

Loved it! Curious as to what program(s) were used.

  • Matt says:

Awesome use of the theme from the old Saturday morning cartoon!

The misspelling of Michael Fassbinder's name made me stop and rage for a sec.

The suggestion that Michael Fassbender's name was misspelled made me stop and rage for a sec.

In all honesty, I thought it was bad. The animation was kinda cool but I think the promo pictures felt really out of place.
My least favorite part was the music. Why would you play the main theme on a flute and slow it down 10 times?

  • Jawsphobia says:

Quite good. Period-appropriate titles have been used in Catch Me If You Can and some other recent flicks, so it's not so far fetched that they could consider this design. They will likely play it "safe" though. Good work by the fan who made this. It apart from photos of the current cast, it feels very much of the 60's. If the filmmakers were bold enough to embrace that the movie would be outstanding.
