Production has started on the Will Ferrell and Adam McKay-produced Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, and contrary to what you might think about a Gary Sanchez Production, the mood on set seems serious. At least judging from the first set pictures released Thursday, which show stars Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton in black Matrix-y gear, prepping for their roles as bounty hunters in this 3-D continuation of the Grimm fairy tale. The film is being directed by Tommy Wirkola (Dead Snow) and slated for release on March 2, 2012.
