Some backstory: The rental bikes in London have been dubbed "Boris Bikes", after Mayor Boris Johnson, who has a penchant for cycling. That's about all the context you need to appreciate the photo that former California governor (and future cartoon character) Arnold Schwarzenegger tweeted of himself taking a breezy bike ride with the mayor this week.
