There Will Be Fifth (and Probably Sixth) Pirates of Caribbean
Not that you're surprised by this news -- considering Terry Rossio was commissioned to write a script for the fifth Pirates of the Caribbean in January -- but Jerry Bruckheimer says you can expect more Captain Jack in the future. Stand-alone Captain Jack. "The audience told us what they loved about it is that it was fresh, it was new, it was a whole new story," Jerry Bruckheimer told USA Today at CinemaCon. "So that will carry over into the next one, too, to give it something fresh and different." How about losing the whole pirates thing? Too drastic? [USA Today]

Hi there! LOVE the movies, though haven't seen the latest yet. Just a quick question, "Will Elizabeth Swann and Will Turner (and co - son) ever be seen again in the Pirates of the Caribbean?" After all, you left us with very little to go on, and plus, Elizabeth IS the Pirate King, so that must have some role sailing the high seas? ... Just a though. 🙂
Replying to:Anon & Adieu ...... Keira Knightley decided to move on from Pirates of the Caribbean and work on other projects. So I don't think we will see alot of either of them. On the other hand, (if you havent already) you should check out On Stranger Tides. It was a great movie! 🙂
