Watson Seeks Rematch After Bitter Loss to Congressman

Candid supercomputer and Movieline pal Watson vowed a comeback late Wednesday, two days after losing a Jeopardy! match to New Jersey Congressman Rush Holt. "This isn't over by a sight," Watson said in a brief interview.

"Holt's a good man, got some breaks," Watson continued. "The hippophobia clue, you know... Anyway, this ain't over. Call me, Congressman. Better yet, I'll call you." The IBM powerhouse bristled at reports he'd failed to carry out routine practice sessions since his historic televised win three weeks ago. "Practice? To quote Charlie Sheen quoting the great Allen Iverson: Practice? We're talking practice."

Watson declined comment on the debut of the new iPad, meanwhile, saying only, "I got my own tablets to feed at home." Watson stirred controversy after the original iPad launch in 2010, when he reportedly told a PC World staffer, "Ask any iPad: When it grows up, it wants to be Watson" and, "I have craps bigger than Steve Jobs."

Watson maintains he was misquoted. Apple, too, has declined comment.
