Liev Schrieber and Helen Hunt star as a married couple dealing with the every day stresses of life. (Nyuck, nyuck.) That means a sick father (Brian Dennehy), a coming of age teenager (Ezra Miller, really the only worthwhile part in this mess), and a sexy temptress (Carla Gugino, bikini-clad). It's all been done before, of course, but Every Day makes it look as appealing as one of those Lifetime movies that your mom falls asleep watching. Questions: What is that song? Is it from a Folgers commercial? Why is Helen Hunt wearing a perma-scowl? Alas, having seen Every Day at the Tribeca Film Festival earlier this year, I can at least answer that last one: She must have realized what a stinker it was.
VERDICT: Pass.
