Late Night Highlights: Jay Leno Takes a Shot at NBC, Imagines Going Gay with Matt Lauer and Al Roker

Conan O'Brien and Andy Richter may have finally found closure over last year's Conangate fiasco, but that doesn't mean that Jay Leno -- the host who actually came out on top of that situation -- has. Just last night, he found a way to knock his employer during a strange segment with Al Roker and Matt Lauer. Meanwhile, Jon Stewart stormed Washington, Stephen Colbert linked sexual orientation and height, Charles Barkley talked LeBron James' fatal career mistake, and Jimmy Fallon played charades with another Saturday Night Live alum.

5. Charades with SNL Alums

On last night's Late Night, Jimmy Fallon joined fellow studio 8H graduate Molly Shannon for your grandparents' favorite parlor game.

4. Stephen Colbert: A Short History

The Colbert Report host used his first day back on the air to reveal the surprising link between gayness and shortness before revealing something shocking about his own past.

3. Just the Three of Us

Al Roker made a surprise appearance on The Tonight Show during Matt Lauer's segment, only to make a bad joke about urine, sex and Meredith Vieira. He also talked about going gay with Leno and Lauer, and then egged the host into knocking his employer. So normal.

2. Reopening the LeBron Case

When Charles Barkley visited the Ed Sullivan Theater last night, he and David Letterman shared a shot and then talked about LeBron James' decision to leave Cleveland.

1. NPwars

Jon Stewart returned to the airwaves last night from Washington D.C. -- where he and his staff are planning this weekend's Race to Restore Sanity -- to cover NPR's controversial staffing decision about Juan Williams.
