He is still here. According to Vulture, director Clint Eastwood is looking to cast Joaquin Phoenix opposite the rumored Leonardo DiCaprio in Hoover. Phoenix would star as Clyde Tolson, the "reputed paramour and protégé" of Hoover (DiCaprio), in the Dustin Lance Black-scripted biopic. Hopefully this role doesn't require any onscreen vomiting.
