· Big news for the accountants of Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant! The Office will get a Chinese makeover. Gervais recently wrote on his blog that bringing the show -- currently airing here as well as France, Germany, Chile, Israel and Quebec -- to the Far East was "cool." Though not that cool, as Variety helpfully notes: "The show that mines office politics and corporate ineptitude for its laughs might face new challenges in China, where government censors tightly control media content." · The dream has become a reality: Are We There Yet? -- the TBS sitcom with Terry Crews that you've never seen before -- has gotten its 90-episode pick-up. Since it premiered the show has averaged 2.8 million viewers, or basically what Mad Men gets on a very good week. [THR]
· Couple of things about Entourage star Adrian Grenier's upcoming guest appearance on 90210: 1) He'll be appearing with his band, The Honey Brothers, a new-wave folk outfit that in which he plays drums for, and 2) Adrian Grenier plays drums in a "new-wave folk" band called The Honey Brothers?!
