What's On: Creepin' at the Jersey Shore

Reality TV rules the night on this fine Thursday, bringing us a towering conclusion to season seven of So You Think You Can Dance, a stressful task on Project Runway, and another slice of Ronnie's dark side on Jersey Shore.

So You Think You Can Dance [Fox, 8 PM]

The two-hour finale culminates with Cat Deeley announcing the winner of SYTYCD's seventh season. If she reads Nigel Lythgoe's name and says, "Have fun on American Idol!" while leaving little Kent or Lauren in the dust, it would only be a little funny.

Jersey Shore [MTV, 10 PM]

In an episode titled "Creepin'," Ronnie continues smooshing with strangers behind Sammi's back, and Vinny, Pauly, and Le Sitch bring home honeys and play with them in the hot tub. This means grenades galore.

Project Runway [Lifetime, 9 PM]

An "unconventional materials" challenge that forces the contestants to think outside the box -- and worse yet, a terrible twist forces them to shift gears in a big way. Also, an ambulance arrives and carts someone away. Tim Gunn will hopefully exclaim, "Quel horreur!"

A League of Their Own [Encore, 8 PM]

Penny Marshall's second-best film (after Awakenings) follows the travails and camaraderie of an all-women's baseball team in the 1940s. Geena Davis and Lori Petty light up the screen as athletic sisters, but it's Rosie O'Donnell and Madonna who give the performances of their careers as wise-cracking and salacious teammates (respectively). Tom Hanks gives a terrific comic turn as the team's sot coach.
