Just In Time For Nanny McPhee Returns, Emma Thompson Goes Naked on Her Web Site

In less than three weeks, the family comedy Nanny McPhee Returns is released, but if you can't wait that long for it, fret not. Today, you can see more of its stars Emma Thompson and Maggie Gyllenhaal -- much more.

Thompson is readying a book where famous women discuss the places where they feel most safe, and she's launched a NSFW website touting some of its celebrity contributions in a bid to solicit more. You may not be surprised by most of the choices (turns out, these wealthy actresses really like being ensconced in their Malibu bedrooms), though many are beautifully shot or, in the case of the late Natasha Richardson, inadvertently touching.

What may surprise you, though, is that Thompson and Gyllenhaal both enjoyed floating nude in the water, and neither had any qualms about being photographed in that state for all the world to see. I feel so bad for the poor Huffington Post headline writer who has to decide which story to prioritize here: a haunting Natasha Richardson photo, or Emma Thompson and Maggie Gyllenhaal showing off safe places that are unsafe for work.

UPDATE [Aug. 4]: And, alas, they are unsafe for Movieline as well. We've complied with a request to remove the photos; they are still available in all their glory at the Web site below.
