The Wired Cafe at Comic-Con has recreated True Blood's main restaurant, Merlotte's, and it is a fairly accurate adaptation, aside from the fact that none of the waitresses are taking their tops off and/or dying. There was also the weird little matter of Sam Trammell himself showing up behind the bar.
You might have felt like you'd stepped into the actual show, were it not for Trammell guzzling booze for an appreciative audience's cameras. Perhaps we've finally found a plot for his character: a season four bout with shape-shifting alcoholism, a brutal disease that finds him transforming into a very woozy border collie whenever Sookie insists that he's too drunk to drive.
