Alessandra Stanley reveals that we open up on 1964, sometime after June, meaning that we've got the Civil Right Bill, the Harlem race riots and LBJ's election to possibly chew over throughout the season.
Closer to home, Stanley also reveals some choice tidbits about our favorite ad men (and women!), including Don's disastrous blind dates, the new firm of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce having to scramble for new clients, and, intriguingly, Peggy and an unnamed "young colleague" cooing "John" and "Marsha" back and forth between one another. Is this the sign of a little détente between Peggy and Pete Campbell? We can all hope. But personally, I'll be praying for as much Joan as is humanly possible in the new season, accordion optional.
