Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List [Bravo, 9 PM]
Kathy enlists the help of Suze Orman to help increase her income (which is totes necessary, I'm sure) and tries to find ways to capitalize on her mother's fame, including a book deal and fashion line. This episode may force me to coin a new phrase for shark-jumping called "wine box-tipping."
America's Got Talent [NBC, 9 PM]
The search continues to finalize the Top 48 at the Palms in Vegas. I hope a subtler talent like Michael Grimm outlasts a mildly amusing light show like Fighting Gravity. Things need to stop glowing in the dark, guys.
Wipeout [ABC, 8 PM]
Yes, Wipeout is an un-ironic ripoff of Most Extreme Elimination Challenge, but tonight they bring us course obstacles called Blob Launch, Trampoline Shape Shifters, and Bruiseball with Dodgeballs. The B-movie titles are a little enticing, don't you think? Let's not tell our pretentious friends.
Sister Act [Encore, 8 PM]
Whoopi Goldberg hides in a convent after she witnesses a murder involving her boyfriend. Confession: I didn't realize that Maggie Smith played Mother Superior until just now. Yes, she (and Whoopi) are Oscar winners who are probably above this material, but this is certainly more entertaining than California Suite and Ghost. Trust me.
