· This is a sad day for cable news. Larry King officially announced that he will be leaving CNN in the fall, which leaves you, dear readers, to guess his replacement. The suspendered anchor mentioned that he would like Ryan Seacrest to succeed him on last night's show -- "he's curious, he's interesting, he's likable" -- but America's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan is thought to the be the frontrunner for the job. · CBS has officially picked up the sitcom Mad Love. As we reported this weekend, the project stars Jason Biggs, Sarah Chalke, Judy Greer and Tyler Labine as a group of single friends living in New York City and looking for love. [THR]
