Christopher Nolan and Edgar Wright are the latest adds to the festival's "Conversations" line-up, a list already comprising Ben Affleck and Sylvester Stallone; a Twitter panel with Eli Roth, Richard Kelly and Adam Shankman; and a screening of The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension with John Lithgow in attendance. Even Shane Hurlbut -- the cinematographer target of Christian Bale's legendary Terminator Salvation rant -- will be dropping by to "talk about how [he] achieved [his] distinctive look." (Hint: It's f***ing distracting!)
Anyway: Nolan and Wright. The Inception director will be on hand June 18 to introduce a screening of Pink Floyd The Wall, followed by a discussion of the film (and whatever else happens to come up ahemBatman3cough) with Elvis Mitchell. Wright, meanwhile, will visit June 20 to talk to J.J. Abrams (!) "about Wright's career and [screen] an early glimpse at scenes from Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World." Again, these were just added and tickets were available as of this writing, so get after it, early birds.
