TV Bites: Simon Cowell Plans World Domination with World's Got Talent

· Who needs America's Got Talent when they can have World's Got Talent? Simon Cowell is already planning to take 20 winners from the Got Talent franchise next year and pit them against each other in an international mega-event. The Idol judge has already inked deals for Got Talent to air competitions in 80 (EIGHTY!!) countries. The worldwide Got Talent competition will reportedly take place in London's Royal Albert Hall and be judged by Cowell and Piers Morgan. [NYP]

Ashton Kutcher finds a partner for his production company, Fox sells off its ad space, and more TV Bites after the jump.

· Katalyst Media, the production company founded by Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg, has inked a two-year deal with Warner Horizon Television to create unscripted series. [THR]

· The winners in this year's upfront ad deal competition are Fox and the CW, who have reportedly already sold off their ad space for the upcoming television season. Both networks increased their ad rates by over 7 percent. [WSJ]
