Back when Summit was pursuing directors like Gus Van Sant and Sofia Coppola to direct the final Twilight installment, Breaking Dawn, I figured they were simply shooting for the moon. In the new issue of New York, however, the always candid Bret Easton Ellis reveals that Van Sant went after the job himself. "You can make a lot of money doing that," Ellis whispered.
