in a breach-of-contract suit filed Monday in L.A., Dodger Tickets LLC alleged that Lovitz and Co. owe a total of $95,400 for three dugout club seats they bought for 2010. The parties were apparently square for the season tickets in 2008 and 2009, running aground on their written agreement earlier this year before the team dropped the legal bomb.
Lovitz has not been reachable for comment.
