What's On: Earthen-wear

Tonight's Project Runway features a very special "elemental" challenge, and we can only guess that means Mila will embrace the "fire" in her humorless stare, Ben will "water" down another dress with bland finishing, and Anthony will knock the "wind" out of Seth Aaron with just one hoarse bellow. If element puns aren't your thing, we recommend more after the jump.

Project Runway [Lifetime, 10 PM]

What could tonight's "The Elements of Fashion" be about? I hope it's about iodine, Bunsen burners, boiling points, and showing your work when you're done, personally, but I have the feeling we're dealing with dresses that are inspired by earth, air, fire, and water. In fact, that's what happening. Look forward to my recap and loser interview tomorrow!

30 Rock [NBC, 9:30 PM]

Liz (Tina Fey) meets the man of her dreams at the dentist's office, and Jenna (Jane Krakowski) helps Tracy win a Tony in his quest for the EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony). Whoopi Goldberg already made her EGOT cameo, but I look forward to appearances from Mel Brooks, Rita Moreno, and a not-quite-eligible Barbra Streisand.

American Idol [Fox, 8 PM]

The Top 16 are hacked down to 12. The remaining dodecatet (made that up) go on to perform Rolling Stones songs next week. While I'd like to see Katie Stevens' sultry 74-year-old take on "Start Me Up" or Andrew Garcia's twee acoustic rendition of "Sympathy for the Devil," we're very likely saying goodbye to them tonight.

Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story [FX, 8 PM]

If you're into Vince Vaughn and rehashing memories of bruises garnered on the basketball court thanks to steroid-addicted juniors, Dodgeball is for you. Pretty silly! The reward for surviving is that Archer follows, and Jessica Walter's on that. Heart.
