Mo'Nique Comes out of Precious Promotional Retirement, Tries to Bag Silly Talk Show Host

Combining the staggering innuendo levels of Nina Simone's "I Want a Little Sugar in My Bowl" and Schneider from One Day at a Time, Mo'Nique appeared on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson last night to seduce the emcee and return from her unofficial Precious promotional sabbatical. Watch as Mo'Nique backs the gleeful Scot into what looks like the corner of a manor study.

I almost shuffled myself right out of the Apollo during this exchange, when Mo'Nique asked Ferguson how she should tame her urge to joyfully scream at her audience when entering the stage doors of her BET talk show.

Craig: "Do what you do with me, make 'em work for it. Make 'em work for it a little bit. You gotta [say], 'You have to take me to dinner a little bit first."

Mo'Nique: "Yeah, but sometimes, you know, liberated women, we don't necessary need dinner, baby."

I don't know if I like when a talk show host and his guest go straight for dessert. Anyway, welcome back to the PR grind, Mo'Nique. It won't soon let up.
